DishHD/IR Blaster problem.

I have an issue where my BTV server controls my DishHD VIP211 receiver via the HVR 1600 IR Blaster. When I tune to a channel that is not in my subscription, I get a dialog box that pops up stating to use the channel up/down to continue. BTV does not channel up/down at all. It always changes channels by punching the numbers directly to the channel. So, the only way out is to visit my DishHD receiver two stories below. any suggestions or does anyone know how to program or tell BTV what commands to send?

You should hide the channels that are not in your subscription so this would not happen. You will find this in the web admin.

Yea, I did that. Some channels are only available during air time. FSN+ is only available when the game is actually airing, and it changes from day to day. Yesterday it was 751, then 750. So some channels need to be visable for BTV to tune them.
