poor qulity

I just got this beyond thing trial verison to see if i want to buy it becouse i cant seem to get the ati multi media center to work.. all i want to do is watch tv. i had made it work.. some how the ati mmc but i cant now and beyond looks like 3 times as worse as it all fuzzy and pixilated.. i have downloaded the nvdvd codec and it still looks crapy i have a hdtv wunder tv tuner with a gforce6200 graphics card p4 2.79 with 1 gig of ram and i dont know what to do to make it look better i searched the forums with no luck on it and i dont know what to do .. thanks for your help
