Well, I've been recording and watched a stream over the network at the same time without any difficulty. I imagine there's a limit, but in our house we'll never reach it.

yeah, streaming out shows requires extremely little cpu power on the server.

Yes. I've done it. 2 systems watching stream while capturing. It works.
