How do I get REmote Recordings to work in 4.x?

Remote recordings are disabled since I upgraded to 4.4. When I go into the settings everything is greyed out. If I go into the webadmin it tells me to go to run the setup wizard. When I get to the point of entering my email and password, I get an error that says I'm already set up. Then I go to snapstream.net and it says I should try removing and recreating a cookie. I've done this, but it doesn't change anything.

Everything worked fine before I upgraded.

I would sent a ticket to snapstream support. They may have to do something behind the scenes.
