BTVTaskmanagerService.exe restarting

Please help !

This anoying message keeps popping up. By not running consistently the showsqueeze jobs will not start

I already opened a case and it's send to development but i'm still investigating myself and i think it has something to do with the .net framework. As soon is I deinstall the .net framework the service runs like a charm without a hickup. By uninstalling the .net framework however other things aren't working like the web admin gui etc.

does anybody have any clue , help on this issue ?

What version of .net are you installing ?

The installed .net framework is 1.1 with all fixes applied
