Jerky video, not from CPU
Playing SD through live tv on my Aquos 32D40U shows jerky video, but it's not a CPU usage issue. Sound is fine also. When I play the same channel from the cable box bypassing the PC, its fine. Anyone know why this is? I'm using Nvidia's newest decoder.
