Can't find HD channels

I have been using BTV for a while with a Hauppauge PVR-150 card. I just got a Kworld ATSC-110 card to try out using BTV with OTA-HD. I live in Canada (Toronto) so Snapstream.net does not have my lineup, as it does not appear to have Canadian HD-OTA lineups (I don't know why not since it has progarm guide info for these channels from my digital cable source).

When I try a scan it does not find any channels. I bought an antenna and I should be able to receive several channels as I am located very close to downtown Toronto and I should receive Toronto channels as well as Buffalo.

Any tips on how to try to manually tune in the channels with BTV? I should get the CBC on channel 5-1. How do I set it up to manually tune channels - the only channels I see in the guide are my digital cable channels set up on my Hauppauge card?
