BTV4.1 Skip forward randomly skips backwards

I've noticed that every once in while when I use the 30 sec skip forward button, it actually jumps backwards to a section I have already viewed. This started happening with V4.1. It does this randomly and I cannot get it to happen a second time from the same position.

I've also noticed that my video freezes every so often. Skip forward/back, pause play don't work unless I exit the video and play it again and then everything is fine.

Anyone else have similar problems?

I see the random skipping off and on, but it's a problem with the Streamzap...
