Set a recording to always be at the lowest priority?

I want my Beyond TV to record news every morning, but I don't want it to prevent any other shows from being recorded.

Is there a way to configure such a recording? ie. record it only if nothing else is being recorded?

go into Setup Recordings -- Recording Settings and Properties -- select the job in question and drop it to the bottom of the list.

But this will still have higher priority than any recordings added in the future (since I add new recordings at the lowest priority, which is the default).
