SnapStream Crashing.....

I have been trying to use snap stream and every time it begins a record it dies

here is my system config:
Win2k
athlon 800
256meg pc133 ram
30 gb HD ata100
SB 512pci
3Dfx v3500tv

here is the log from snap stream:

and here is the error it does:

click ok to terminate cancel to debug
