can't pause, FF or rewind live TV

Just installed the trial version. Can't manipulate live tv. Record setting is mpeg. ANy ideas?

Sorry for the double post. I also can't get the email help to work. I keep entering the requested files but they won't uplaod when I hit send and then I come back to the same page.
