Will BeyondTV3 work with my laptop?

Hey guys,

I've got a new-ish laptop made by HP (I know, they suck).

It's got the following hardware:

- P4 2.8 with HT
- ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 128mb.
- S-video out
- 40GB harddrive
- 512MB RAM

I would like to know whether you guys think the following will work:

- The USB setup for BeyondTV (USB Hauppage thing, USB IR blaster to change the channels on my Digital Cable Box).

- S-video out to my TV.

- Sound card out connected to a converter cable to go from mini-stereo to RCA to plug into my tiny "theatre in a box" speakers.

- Sending and receiving the video feeds to my desktop machine on a shared network folder via a Wireless network connection (g not b).

Can any of you guys help me out by letting me know whether I should even try to get this working with my laptop?

Thanks!
