Minor but Annoying problem

When I am at the initial Snapstream page and I click on "Record", I get either an error message saying I am offline, or it takes up to 30 sec to bring up the recording page. If I get the error message I click "rety", and it comes up after a delay. It only does this when I click on "record" from the main page. If I click on "watch", or "Configure", it comes right up. Anyone else seen this?
I have 2.0 full version, WIN 98SE, IE 6, and ATI AIW128Pro vid card.

That's because snapstream first tries to load the Program Guide from the TitanTv website. If your browser is still in offline mode, it'll try and make contact with the internet...

If you never use the program guide (like me) you can turn it off by going to settings -> recording and clearing the "TV Listings hyperlink" field. This will end the short delay when going to the record menu. Now it will just load another version of itself when clicking the "program guide" link.

(You can of course fill in any other site you like in the "TV Listings hyperlink" field. Just make sure it loads fast.)
