Feature request: Changing recording settings

Don't know if this is the correct forum for this. There's something I've always found missing and keep forgetting to ask about. So here it is. Many times I set up a record as selected from the guide. Not knowing about the program or if I would like it, it is set for a one time recording.

Later after watching it and liking it, I may decide to change that to a "Record All New Epsisodes". The only way to do that is to scroll through the next seven days of guide to the next episode and then choose to record it again, BUT this time select "Record all new episodes".

It would be nice if the (Record Once, Only New, or Record ALL) were selectable options in the "View and Edit Detail" sub menu.

You could use the search by title or keyword function in the 'setup recordings' section to do that as well. It will list the show, you click on it and then select the record new, record all, etc...

What timing, I was going to post this question myself this morning!

My issue is very similar, I have a bunch of recordings set to "Always" that I want to change to "First Run".

It sure would be nice to just do that from the Web Admin. It's the only parameter of recordings that you can't change.
