Since installing Firefly, I've noticed that it consistantly uses between 50 and 85 percent CPU usage. Does anyone know what I can do to change this (other than stopping the process or removing it from startup)? I am running a P4 3.0 Ghz w/1 GB RAM, ATI All In Wonder 9600, and WinXP Pro. Thanks

Re: Firefly CPU Usage
I had the same problem ever since I bought the Firefly, except that it was closer to 100% CPU usage. I went through tech support, reinstalled .net framework, directx 9, installed new and beta versions of firefly - nothing helped. I requested an RMA to return the unit, which I never received. Finally, after I built a new machine (for other reasons) months later, and installed the Firefly on that one, it worked okay. I had suspected that it was some specific configuration issue but never determined exactly what it was. Snapstream support was always courteous but not particularly helpful.
