Another epg data low error

Ok folks I am having the infamous epg data low thing. I did some searching on it and followed a few suggestions. Did the setup wizard thing. Did the zslt replacement thing. Replaced SS_PVS_DB.mdb with the clean version. I have the 3.4 trial version installed and have a valid trial account. Date is correct. Here is the log.

To me this implies the database was locked and never properly unlocked, did it perhaps crash on you?

Fortunately they are getting rid of this database in 3.5. However, until 3.5 we will have to deal with it

Nevertheless the first thing I would try is doing a partial uninstall of the application (keep settings/videos), and then do a reinstall of 1217. See if that does not put a clean DB on your harddrive?

check under the following directory:
c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\snapstream\beyond tv\xslt

you should have the following files:
- Episodes.xslt
- Lineup.xslt
- Programs.xslt
- Schema.ini

If you are missing any of those you will need the schema file from this posting:

please note the application data folder is HIDDEN by default on xp/2k you must either manually type the path or turn on hidden folders, you MUST shutdown btv before putting these files in that directory
