It has been almost impossible to come by these as they are only included in the over-seas version of the Revo.

Here is a guy selling them on Ebay $30.00 Price is very reasonable as I've seen others on Ebay go for 70 bucks. He has more than 10. I'm sure they will go FAST ... But be warned .. these are coming from over-seas.

A Gyration mini keyboard and air mouse combo (GYR4101CKUS) is carrying a $50 rebate through 12/31. There are probably several vendor options, but I picked one up at Fry's for $79.99 after rebate. The website shows the same price.

I've been a happy BTV mouse user all these years, but wanted (a) better range, (b) more palm-of-the-hand functionality, and (c) unified component control. The mouse - actually a mouse/remote hybrid - is already showing some promise. I have yet to get into the programming/learn mode, so more discovery awaits. I've grown accustomed to the scroll wheel, so I need to find a good alternative. I understand a standard mouse is available, so maybe that's an option to explore.

Remote only is about $80-100 before rebate, so you can get remote only at Amazon or Buy.com for about $40, of remote and keyuboard for $58. Supposedly this will wake pc's from standby but it is quirky, and the music media control works with itunes or WMP, would be nice if it could work with Winamp or Media Portal. You don't get manuals, have to hunt those down as pdf's. I'll probably get myself one just to play with, it is Christmas after all.

Nice deal. But I guess with only 1-SVideo input, it's only a dual tuner for cable? I have a pair of DirecTV set top boxes and would need to feed S-video in from both.

And what about the remote control software on these? I could find no way to download the user guide to check it out.

Just getting ready to build a new system (with Windows 7 Media Center), and would like to leave my BTV machine operational until I'm satisifed with the conversion. This would be nice...
