AVerMedia AVerTVHD Duet - PCTV Tuner (A188 - White Box) - OEM
$45.99 - Shell Shocker Deal, order this morning. This is supposed to be a pretty good tuner. Since most likely you will have limited recordings due to the fact that Clear QAM is so restricted, think of this as a beginner setup. Personally, I have the HDHR that NICK just posted and they work great. I've got two of them, and unfortunately I too am limited by the lack of more CLEAR QAM stations. The HDHR is network based, this DUET card is PCI-x which is good too.

Gyration Air Music Remote - $26 after rebate, free shipping at Buy.com Buy.com - Gyration Air Music Remote
I got one of these with the keyboard, really never use the keyboard, grabbed another because their just that cool. Bluetooth, wakes the machine from standby, works great with eventghost. Music server relies on WMP or itunes, would be great if someone got it to work with winamp.

Re: All Users Please Post Current Deals/Sales Here
Meritline has an MCE compatible wireless IR remote on sale for $8. http://www.meritline.com/wireless-co...--p-52701.aspx
I can all but guarantee that this thing is made in China and is probably not the greatest quality, but if you're in a pinch, it might work. (I say this because I've gotten some stuff like a cell phone holster for my car and a LAN cable tester from them for $0.69 each and while they work, you clearly are getting what you pay for).

Re: All Users Please Post Current Deals/Sales Here
Newegg has the HD HomeRun dual tuner for $89.99 with free shipping, and the single tuner for $49.99 with $7.56 shipping. Hm...does the single tuner work with BTV for QAM? It's not on the supported tuner list, but one would hope that it works.
I don't know how long the prices will last.

Re: All Users Please Post Current Deals/Sales Here
Thanks for the tip. FWIW I have the two-turner version of the HD HR for a couple years now it works VERY well. The tuner is mounted inside a large wall panel downstairs that serves as the distribution point for all the A/V and cable stuff. I put the HD HR in that box as it was very near the cable / phone feed from outside the house.
So the tuners always have a nice clean signal and the Clear Qam Cat5 output feeds the HTPC on the other side of the house without any problem. Plus by running the HDHR remotely I reduce the heat and resources needed by the HTPC. In fact I may take advantage of this sale and get another one. Then I can get rid of some of the internal PC based tuners in the HTPC.
