Web Based Program Guide - problems accessing over the web

Beles web based program guide is excellent.! Many thanks for that.

The only problem I am experiencing is when I try to access it remotelly over the internet.

On my Snapstream PC in web admin it works absolutelly fine. Over the web when I click on program guide I get,

"You are logged in from a remote machine. You must view the program guide in a separate window. To launch the program guide click here."

Clicking opens a new window with the error "the page cannot be found"

The page is looking for the following address http://btv-hostname/guide/guide.asp?PVSlocalip=0

Sorry, I'm no expert here, any help appreciated.

When you access BeyondTVs web pages from the internet you use an ip adress (like 212.12.12.12) or domain name (like www.snapstream.com). Use this when configuring the "Third party Program Guide" in the web admin under Configure -> SnapStream.NET settings -> Third party Program Guide.

In the prog.asp file specify the HostName setting to your ip adress or domain name.
