ToolBar Disappears when recording and stops?

When I set a recording, the toolbar icon goes red, but if I move my mouse over it - it just disappears... I dont think its recording either... Any ideas??

What kind of setup do you have ? OS, Tuner card, speed of computer, RAM, etc ?

I get this too on PIII 500Mhz, 192MB, Win2k Pro, Avermedia TV98. PVS crashes, that's what happens .... psartori@bio.ri.ccf.org

Check your video source settings in configure->video sources->edit

If using the latest WDM drivers, make sure the settings are as follows:
Capture interface: Directshow
Tuning Interface: Directshow

If you guys can post a log, that would help immensely..configure->general->Log to file ->Enable

The file is saved in C:\windows\all users\documents\snapstream\pvs\logs in 98/me and C:\documents and settings\all users\documents\snapstream\pvs\logs
