Tech support "e-mail" support form broken?
When I enter either my snapstream.net username (I can log on with it, so it is good), or my Product Key (it installed the software, so must be good), or even both of them, the form will not accept them as valid. This forces one to send the support request as a "trial user" rather than a "paid user".
Anyone else encounter this? Or am I missing something? thanks, Oscar |

it is a bug with the form it seems to be happening for any key after dec 20th or so, just paste your key into the support forms decription and it will get taken care of

just to let anyone that is interested know, this bug was fixed soon after this problem was reported... the form should properly accept new product keys now.
