Sticky Firefly Mini buttons not working? has a bad kink.
Any ideas?

Does anyone recall a rather detailed forum entry a few months ago on opening and cleaning a Firefly remote. Thanks

Here's a link where I showed where the internal snaps are - useful for taking the remote apart - see post 2.
