Hard XP Crash
I've been trying the PVS 2.0 demo. Tonight my computer crashed hard with no warning in the middle of a recording. It went into a complete reboot, came back up the first time, but still wasn't responding, and I turned off the power switch. When it came up again, I was informed that XP recovered from a serious error.
Anyway, I thought this might be because I recorded several 25 minutes sections of the Super Bowl in sequence. I don't have a very fast computer, and it might have just choked. This happened one more time while I was taping the Playmate edition of Fear Factor later on. Now that was a real bummer, but this time it came back up into XP with no problems. Anyone else have this problem? Definitely discourages me from buying the full edition. AMD K2-300 192 MB RAM Epox mobo with VIA chipset Studio PCTV TV Tuner Card |
