Problem with Haupage HVR-1600 IRBlaster problem.

I had everything working with the 3.8.x version and upgraded to the 4.9.x version and lost the IRBlaster use.

I cansend the commands via blasterconfig, the blaster has a "strong" flicker. When I try to change the channel inside of BTV it has a "lighter" flicker, and no recignition from the DTV STB....

I did a total rebuild of the PC (Reinstall O/S, etc...) exact same thing happened. I sent in a ticket was given instructions to add line to regestry.. This didn't work ether.

So, I installed GBPVR, and it worked.... (I would prefer to use BTV though..)

Some one please help me out here, this is getting fustraiting..
