How do I contact Snapstream's TV guide provider?

My local MynetworkTV added an OTA HD signal but it doesn't appear in the guide. How do I contact the guide provider and have them add it? Also how do I get the channel to appear in my guide in the meantime?

Re: How do I contact Snapstream's TV guide provider?

I'm in the Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo/Battlecreek, MI DMA. The channels are broadcasting on Digital 15-1 and 15-2.

They are also sub channels in SD but they just added their own HD OTA channels.

Hmm,
Just looked it up and the listing just says Antenna
Not Digital Antenna..
But in the listing for just Antenna they do show

WXSP 1280x720p| Channel 15-3 | Virtual Channel 15.1

How do I do that again? I've tried before and it doesn't work. Would I delete the lineups and scan manually without guide data?

Re: How do I contact Snapstream's TV guide provider?

I would make a 2nd line up, and hide the SD version of that channel.
And in the 2nd line up, hide all channels except the HD..

Re: How do I contact Snapstream's TV guide provider?

Contact SS support and advise them of the change. They've always been very cooperative in getting new channels added. Check Zap2it or Titan TV and see if they list it first. That's the Tribune listings that SS uses also.

TitanTV has the listings but Zap2it doesn't.

Re: How do I contact Snapstream's TV guide provider?

If one has it then SS has access to it. Just give them the details of the channel.
