I've also found out that my cable connection straight from the box to my TV also stutters (no BTV involved). I have a 8 port powered splitter in the mix.

Snapstream has no way of knowing that the show is running late. You could increase your padding to an hour or so to be safe - wouldn't change the file size

Do you have any issues with your digital quality ? I also have WOW and all of the channels but ABC work like a charm. ABC has disjointed shound and picture for me. How is ABC in your setup ?
