I have had similar issues since install. I have no processes that are hogging the CPU (I even tried it with shutting down all non-essential processes), and the 2 Firefly processes are at a HIGH...

I am having the exact same problem.
I killed all the non-essential processes as well, and increased firefly.exe to "high" priority, and no luck... My system's usually at 5% CPU, and I have plenty...

No, I do not use CC, and I have to use overlay, or the system starts getting very slow.
BTW, there is no sluggishness with anything OTHER than the firefly. Keyboard command response is near...
