New! SevenMCE Theme/Mod has some neat changes in store. I've taken a different approach. Streamline the package will load much faster and use far less system resources and space The above is the Island Theme. Yes there going to be a couple of themes based on Windows 7 MCE included when this package is finally finished. I am getting very close to that. Just some more minor tweaking then I'll be done.

Default SevenMCE which is based on the what you see in Windows 7 default theme as some perks on the main screen. I trying to workout before I'll the cat out of the bag.

Anything you want can animated on the main or any of the theme/mod if you want. The weather map above is animating. You can read daily comics, have your favorite pet or family or newborn displayed on the main or have local traffic cam showing the current conditions.

I'll be implementing IU so users can change what they want to be displayed. Thus doing that will delay this release. I don't know if I'll stick in a Web Cam Mod or just leave it to what you see. Black theme can be done quite easy now.. This was quick so it's not going to size up right but gives you idea what black would look like..

Take out of the draw, I have! This one ETA I don't know I've ran into set backs.. But on the bright side I am releasing Vista/SevenMCE some minor improvements see next post.

Below is a full high vivid scale prototype model for New! SevenMCE that matches what's going to be in Windows 7 MCE but this would be for MVP. There will be some new features that's not done before in the prior themes, that's why it going to take longer to release this one. This theme will also feature some of the stuff I've had released for Vista MCE for MVP main menu pass weekend which high vivid scale image on the main menu but some more extra goodies will be coming soon.

Next build 800 will be out soon.. You'll now be able to change the backgrounds themes, animated objects and more. There will be several new mods included to the theme also. I am currently re-coding and add new brand code plus trying out new ideas to make using the Hauppauge MediaMVP just as fun to use. I am sure you'll even like this one just like you did with Build 700.

This build uses higher graphics than Build 700, and save you 80% less HDD space, just to let you know Well see the video. Enjoy. EST on the theme release not yet more testing has to be done with the Media Changer and the theme.

As I am customizing new theme Media Changer features, here's what the black theme would look like using BTV logo above. Again it can be any of the pre-defined logos included.

Below is using colorful SevenMCE background...



Note: Another easy feature will be to be able to turn off all media objects like the new Cam, Weather Cast, My Shots or even My Logos. Right now above is Media Off but only the animated Orb and My Logo in this case BTV is showing. Just drop in your favorite logo save it then run the Media Changer and that's it a new look will appear.

This patch would speed up the GUI in Build 800. This should only be applied if you don't want to use the animated Orb3 found in this theme.

Note: Media Changer 2009 would override this patch if you choose to use animated orb3 offered by that MediaMVP Web Tool. Next build of this Web tool will offer non-animated and more animated orb3 to use.
