Is Mitts still selling the 3000 GT ?? I've been looking for a used late model. Want to replace my Lotus .. (yes I'm crazy).

Love my Lotus, but I'm getting too long in the tooth to put up with British car oddities and too fat to fit into it any more.

Nope, last model year sold in the US was 1999. Above pictured is a 93 with 140,000+ miles.

So you're saying it starts with no problems in the cold?

Re: Pictures of my car at 30 and 45 below (F)

Yep, but I had a block heater, battery blanket, plus heater pads on the tranny and oil pan. See that little cord in the front right? It goes to a splitter to the four heaters. Without the heaters probably wouldn't start easy below 0F... but I don't live there anymore, drove her down to California, only to have a drunk total it when it was parked on the street, so now I've got one 2 years newer - and a convertible

Very cool (heh heh).

What mods did you have on the car? As I recall, the 3000GT is a high 13s, low 14s car stock......

Always liked them.

6-puck clutch, stillen downpipe, k&n filter, mechanical boost controller @12psi, carbon fiber driveshaft, aluminum flywheel, intrax springs, powerslot rotors and 5zigen wheels (not pictured, those are the stock chromies I used in the winter).
