Thumbs down Is this "company" still in existence?

Looks like there is no support, no updates and no products that work with current operating systems any more. kind of disappointing throwing money out of the window that way....
I have Vista Pro, latest service packs, firefly works nice in the firefly menu - as soon as I start up windows media center, nothing works any more and the firefly application hangs, sends weird key combinations to the media center application and everything slows down to the point that it is not usable any more.
Has anybody gotten a comparable setup with that piece of junk hard- and software running?

Tom

Re: Is this "company" still in existence?

what version of the Firefly remote do you have?

If you have the full-sized remote, then you will probably have to create a profile for Vista MCE: How to create and/or modify Firefly control profiles with the Profile Editor - SnapStream Knowledgebase

If you are having issues with a Mini remote, look at this article How does Firefly Mini work with other products? - SnapStream Knowledgebase and see how it interacts with other software.
