Stuck on "Reconnect the USB Receiver"
Can not get this message to go away in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit when trying to install my Firefly remote (standard version). Does anyone know if it works with this OS? I see that they haven't updated the drivers in 3 years so I'm assuming it doesn't.

Search is your friend... Firefly Does Work With Windows Vista 64-bit Edition!!!!
Although since you keep insulting SnapStream and FireFly, I'm not sure why you are even using it...

I apologize. I was extremely frustrated that I couldn't get it to work and that Snapstream won't even send out an updated driver or comment on a fix and leaves it up to their users to fix their problem. Thanks for the help, that worked perfectly.
