Mini: Map Firefly button to Green Button?

I have a Firefly Mini, and Vista Media Center. I'd like to map the red Firefly button to the Media Center Green Button so that the Firefly button starts MC.

I tried using the Firefly Mini software, but it fails, probably because this is Vista-64. Besides, since the remote acts like a HID device, you'd think that there would be some simple registry tweak that would do it without requiring a separate program. (Well, actually, I guess there are two pieces to this puzzle: how to map the Firefly button to something, and then how to map to the Green Button.)

Alternatively, any hope of getting the Firefly Mini software to work on Vista-64?

If I'm not logged into the forums and on a browser wihout cookies, I'm able to see the signatures...
