Firefly and Meedio

Has anyone gotten the firefly to work with the meedio? The input plugin to have firefly buttons be recognized through meedio gives me an error when I try to use it, and I can't get all the buttons mapped out with LM. Any suggestions?

Re: Firefly and Meedio

Any updates with this? I tried using the x10 input profile but it doesnt work correctly. And the My Firefly profile doesnt work. When I use the x10 profile, the directional buttons get interpreted twice. And changing the delay doesn't help.

Re: Firefly and Meedio

I could not get it to work with the Firefly plugin enabled either. When I disable the plugin it works fine.

Do you use the x10 input plugin then? I can't get it to stop doing 2 commands per one button press, ie navigating the menu goes 2 jumps instead of one.

Re: Firefly and Meedio

1st - I am using the big firefly, not the mini.

I have all input plug-ins turned off. The default firefly profile has settings for Meedio that work without the Meedio input plug ins. You can edit them if you want to customize it, but it should work fine.

Re: Firefly and Meedio

I have the big Firefly too. With all the input plugins unchecked, MeediOS didn't respond to the Firefly until i checked the x10 one. Can you send me your Meedio configuration for the firefly so I can copy it to my folder?

Re: Firefly and Meedio

When I'm in Meedio and use the Firefly remote, I still get the white popup in the upper right showing "Default: <some action>". So I don't think Firefly recognizes that I'm using Meedio. The XML profile file has the Meedio.exe file as the source. I don't know what to do.

Edit: Figured out in the XML file I needed to change to this:
<Profile Type="SnapStream.Firefly.Core.Profile" Name="Meedio" ShowOSD="False">
<Identifier ClassName="TScreenForm" WindowText="Meedio Ultimate" FileName=""/>
