a: drive

Hi,
Just got Firefly and I love it so far. The only issue is that when I browse and it lists the drives I don't have an "a" drive on my pvr box so if I accidently hit the a drive it takes forever cause I guess it is searching for it. Is there a way to remove the a drive ?

Thanks
Jason

Re: a: drive

does the A drive show up in my computer?

you should check in your cmos/bios for an option along the lines of:
report no floppy for w95
and turn it on, or make sure on the bios settings that you have set the floppy to none, most systems come pre-configured to have a floppy and most users now just dont plug one in, if the system thinks it has one windows will show one.

Re: a: drive

This is a known bug. Even if it was hidden, it still caused issues. I believe the developers are looking into another solution to fixing this issue with a later release.

Re: a: drive

what about the hide drives in explorer? its a registry hack you'd have to do, but search support.microsoft.com about it, and you'll find it.
