How long before submissions are posted?

I submitted a utility a week ago, and it still hasn't been posted. How long does it usually take for the submission to show up? Should I just post the utility somewhere else and put a link on this board so other users can try it out?

It's a showsqueeze monitor. I'm one of the people who have frequent "showsqueeze hangs" requiring a restart of BTV to let other tasks complete. I wrote a monitor that watches the BTV tasks, and when one stalls, it terminates the task automatically. BTV sees this, marks that task as failed and moves on to the next. Since using this utility, I haven't had to restart BTV, and all my tasks get a chance to run.

I've heard from others who have the same problem, and most just stop using showsqueeze. This utility will let them give it a try again.

That doesn't work either. I guess I could just post a topic to the downloads board, pointing them at my own online copy. I know a couple people asked me for the util when I was having showsqueeze trouble and pondered writing one.

FYI, it's been about 5 weeks now, no response, no posting of the submission. Has anyone else submitted anything lately?

I have been using this utility for the past week. 2nd to HDTV support is probably the best thing that has ever happened to Beyond TV. My showsqueeze is like it had an enema.....for the first time in months it is get smaller and smaller.

I'm wondering if anyone else is using it. It's been two months since I submitted it, so I don't think it'll ever show up on the official downloads. However, if anyone else is using it and would like to see changes/improvements, send me a message. It works great for me, but I'm sure someone can think of a way to improve it.
