BYTV 4.9.2 and Closed Captioning

Hi there,

I've been searching through the threads but I'm not sure what the definitive answer is to this.

If you have a card that supports closed captioning will Beyond TV 4.9.2 be able to create transcript files?

In some places of the Snapstream site is sounds a bit like this feature is only available if you are using the Enterprise hardware.

Any info on this is appreciated!
