show deleted for no reason (2)

I have BTV set to record about five weekly shows. For the last two weeks my recording of "Law and Order SVU" has been mysteriously deleted. I have SmartChapter Generator enabled and in both cases the xml file from SmartChapter Generator was left behind but eh .ts file was gone. The second time it happened I checked the log and found;

My livingroom was dark and empty at 6:05 AM (I have an IR triggered security cam to prove it!!!). A search here on the forum turned up two other similar posts, one from Oct 08 and another from April 09 and in both cases the weirdness seemed to go away by itself. I have an AMD CPU, is it possible it has something against "Law and Order SVU"
Anybody else experienced this or have a solution? (I'm hoping it just goes away like the other two cases but still kind of worrisome)

Do you have plenty of disk space? I wonder if it's something to do with disk management?

I'll bet one of the prior posts was mine, following the time Prison break was deleted at like 5 am from our system. Never did get a root cause, answer, or fix. On the (somewhat) positive side, it has not reoccurred. And I am unable to "reproduce" it in any way, otherwise there would be an open ticket working the problem.

In our case, it was definitely NOT disk capacity related. System generally operates with 300-400GB free space.
