Help.... same result with HD-PVR and 650 Pro

Hi All,

Not sure if I am missing a step or not. I've tried to use Snapstream with both an HD-PVR and an ATI Theatre Pro 650 with similiar results. HD-PVR has the light come on for a second or two and then it goes off and Beyond TV shows an image for a second and then it goes away. I have to restart both my computer and the HD-PVR to try again. ATI Theatre Pro 650 keeps getting messages about the livegraph did not complete and when I enter Beyond TV it says that I don't have any sources. Can someone tell me how they have gotten the HD-PVR to work from step one.... from what OS you are using etc etc?

For the HD-PVR there is a huge thread in the sticky section of this forum dealing with it. I think most of the info you will need you will find in there.

Ok I just realized this is not the trouble shooting forum which is where this should probably be, and in that forum is where you will find the sticky thread for HD-PVR support.
