Lineup Change Detection

It seems that my cable company (Comcast) made another wholesale move of QAM last night. What results have you folks had enabling this feature?

I went from about 15 clear QAM channels to over 100. But, going through a quick scan yesterday, it looks like there are a lot of duplicates.
