I tried all four of these on Mozilla from a machine on the same network but all timed out.
Any further suggestions?

Did you click the links on here? These will be specific for your network. If you go to the command prompt and type in ipconfig/all it will show the IP address of that computer. (You'll need to do this on the BTV server) Then you can go to any computer on that network and just type in the number in your web browser.

What I use....
http://{server name}:8129/default.aspx I also have the Windows firewall turned off.
