How to manually remove a pending task
I have a pending showsqueeze task that is stuck. It shows running since 8/20/2008. I cannot stop/wait/delete it from the web UI.
Is there a way to delete it without uninstalling BTV and reinstalling it. thanks - J

If you look into: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\BeyondTV\ There is a BatchProcessor.xml. So shutdown BTV and remove the task from it. You could try deleting it altogether, but you should make a copy first just in case...

Thanks for the info. That worked. I opened up the file and it had all sort of entries that I know i had removed from the web ui. But removing it altogether cleared it all up.
