Dedicated machine question

I just moved my Beyond TV to a dedicated TV Recording machine. I installed Firefly Remote and Beyond TV. My first question is how do I disable the BeyondTV option to start the recording mode and Beyond TV interface and just start with the Firefly interface. I only need the recording service running. Also I have the system set to Standby after 30 minutes and it hasn't shut off yet. Could BeyondTV or Firefly be keeping it awake?

Re: Dedicated machine question

In the web admin you can set how BTV starts up. Under Settings > Advanced Settings > Miscellaneous Settings. Not sure what you mean by the firefly interface.

Thanks you.
Firefly has the software that lets you browse music, videos, and Beyond TV. I would rather turn on my computer and be looking at that interface than the Beyond TV interface.

Re: Dedicated machine question

Are you talking about Beyond Media? Firefly is just a RF remote that can control BTV, or Beyond Media. Set that option I mentioned in previous thread to start beyond TV in background. Then whatever other app you start will be in the foreground. BTV will still record.
