ATI All-in-Wonder HD 3650 as 2nd tuner not working

I have installed a second tuner on my PC running BTV 4.82. It is a ATI AIW HD 3650. Problem is the first tuner works fine with BTV, but the 2nd does not. I can use the 2nd card with it's own ATI Catalyst Media Center, even Orb, but not in BTV. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are you running two ATI AIW HD 3650 PCIe cards?

No. One is a Conexant Falcon. The second is the ATI All in Wonder HD (3650).
