No sources for watching Live TV

I'm having problems... I have had BTV for several years. I decided that I wanted to reconfigure my system and now I can't get Live TV or the Web interface working.

Everytime I select "Live TV" I get the error "No sources available to watch live TV, run the set up wizard." I do this and everything looks great! But nothing gets fixed.

THere is a big hint. I was working on this while the storms were happening and I could not download the channel line up. Everything worked great except no guide and line up. (My zipcode is 98660)

When I click on the web interface I get the following:

Guide updates were down for a while after Ike rolled through:

http://status.snapstream.com/

That would explain why your channel line-up wasn't downloading.

Not that I have experience with this particular problem that you're having, but I'd try manually downloading the line-up and then re-run the setup wizard.
