'Play' Links for MPEG in WebAdmin

Currently while in the BTV WebAdmin Library, MPEG shows get a 'Download' link, while WMV and DIVX ShowSqueeze'd shows get a 'Play' Link.

I often want to play MPEG shows, but this option is not available. In order to get around this I have to go through a huge process...

>First I get the 'Play' link URL from a random WMV show. ex:

>hxxps://192.168.1.103:8129/GenerateASX.aspx?show=C%3a%Folder%5cShow1.wmv&remo te=true

>Then I get the 'Download' link URL from the show I actually do want to watch. ex:

>hxxps://192.168.1.103:8129/Download.aspx?show=C%3a%5cFolder%5cShow2.mpg

>Then I have to combine the 2 URL's into a single one that I actually want. ex:

>hxxps://192.168.1.103:8129/GenerateASX.aspx?show=C%3a%Folder%5cShow2.mpg&remo te=true

>Now I can paste this newly created link into my browser and watch the MPEG.

Is their an easier/shorter way to 'Play' an MPEG show from the WebAdmin? Is there any way to give all shows a 'Play' link regardless of their file format?

Because I am on a Network, even the large file size of the raw MPEG files play fine so speed is not an issue.

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Use ccarlin's version of community web admin and use VLC player. I would also prefer there was just a play link as you suggested.
