I agree. Coming up with a seamless-built in way to launch BTV and use the IR blaster included with the MCE remote would be a big plus.
I am currently using a third party app (LM Remote KeyMap) to launch BTV and use the MCE IR blaster - it works great - but it would be nice if this functionality was part of the base BTV product. |

They could support the remote, but not the blaster. There is an API for the remote (sort of), but none for the blaster (even the IR codes database used in WMC is encrytped...)
