Installing SSL cert from W2K3 server in TV 4.81?

Hi,
I tried to adapt the FAQ (http://snapstream.helpserve.com/inde...articleid=1504) for how to install my own SSL cert in BTV 4.8.1, to use a cert issued by my own Win2K3 server's cert authority, but I just can't make it work. With anything other than the default self-signed cert in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Beyond TV\cert.pfx, the SSL web server in BTV simply doesn't start.
I don't want to use OpenSSL since I already have a CA on my 2K3 DC and my clients already trust it; no need to create a whole second CA...
Has anyone issued a cert from a W2K3 CA and got it successfully working in BTV 4.8.1? I'd like to talk with you about the exact steps you used.
