Maximum Number of Shows

How do you get this to take effect. I turned this on for a recording and it still keeps recording more and never deleting any?

Re: Maximum Number of Shows

Hmm, I've tried this feature in BTV 4.6.1 and it worked without any problem. Are you sure that you are at the max number of shows? Like I said, I set this up for a number of shows and it has worked for me. What release of BTV are you running?

I am on the latest release. I set the maximum to 50, there are over 80 shows. I did turn the max on after it had already past I wonder if that has any relevance.

Re: Maximum Number of Shows

Good point, ccarlin, when I set mine up I hadn't surpassed the max number of shows. I wonder if the administrators can verify this. However, I can truly state that I've tried this, (although before the max nbr of shows) that it DID work for me.

Re: Maximum Number of Shows

Maybe it only starts counting from the time it's set up, ignoring pre-existing recordings?
