double vision from show squeeze

each morning after show squeeze does its thing i have two of every show.
Below in bold red is all i can identify that may be attributing to this. but i am not sure if it is this part of the proc causing the issue or not. it may be normal and it is another setting that i am missing .
Anyone else have this issue or know the fix to this?

settings:
1 I do have I tunes activated.
2 i have the option selected to delete source on completion
3 destination folder is the same as the source.

If you do not have it set to delete the original recording when completed, you will have both the showsquezzed and original mpeg2 file in your folder.

I would imagine -- that the problem is having automatic ShowSqueeze set for H.264 And having "Automatic Convert for iTunes" enabled as well. Shutting off the ShowSqueeze should resolve the issue.
