HDTV OTA, Analog via Set-top Cable Tuner

With a dual-setup like this, I'm wondering how BTV will be able to set up both signals at once. I mean, can you even have a set up like this, and have BTV set them up individually?

Re : HDTV OTA, Analog via Set-top Cable Tuner

Sure, you can have like 4 totally different lineups for 10 different tuners if you want...

Yup,

My on screen BTV guide consists of a digital OTA lineup, Analog Cable line up and a Digital QAM Cable line up.

Re: HDTV OTA, Analog via Set-top Cable Tuner

How do you get digital QAM in over cable? Or is it not clear QAM?

Re: HDTV OTA, Analog via Set-top Cable Tuner

Trying not to hijack this thread, but, how is Clear QAM configured over cable (not using an ethernet HD box)? I have a Pinnacle USB HD tuner, but can't figure out how to configure the HD channels I get (e.g. numbers like 85.1). Analog is fine.

Thanks!

At present it is only done with the Silicon Dust dual tuner HDHR. That is the only clear QAM cable tuner presently supported by Beyond TV.
